The golden bird of the yesteryears has a rich and glorious history which goes back to five thousand years. It has been a conglomeration of various cultures and is replete with heritage that the Hindu Kings , the Moghuls and the British have left behind. Anybody visiting the places in India would find discovery of these heritage interesting which dates back before Christ , the times of the Great Kings like Ashoka , the advent of Buddhism ( it was generated out of Hindu Religion by Lord Buddha and his sermons contained a few doctrines which mainly said that all humans are equal unlike Hinduism which divided people by their caste ). Buddhism greatly influenced people all over Asia and China during those days. A part of this rich heritage was destroyed when the Moghuls came in. Great Moghul Emperors viz.,Akbar ruled and their dynasty left a fascinating mark of their art and culture in India only to be followed by the British Raj and then came the transition to modern India of Gandhi and Nehru.
